One way to stay dry

We've had some heavy rains recently.  The basement at Ben's office flooded.  He used some plywood to cover the window well but we got so much rain that it still came rushing in. He was determined to keep it from happening again so he got this super dooper sized tarp and covered up the window well and surrounding area. 
Result: the rains came down and the basement did not flood!
