I'm not sure I agree with Barnum & Bailey's claim to be "The GREATEST Show on Earth!!!" but it was pretty fun. Katie was delighted to see the animals in a pre-show look and probably thought that's what a circus was. The loud noise and flashing lights of the real deal were a little overwhelming to her at first but she warmed up to it. The treats and "lunch" we had there were just as exciting as the show itself: hotdog; french fries; rootbeer; cotton candy; popcorn; nachos; icecream. Wow! I guess we really did eat all that...divvied up between the 3 of us mind you and spread out over almost 3 hours. We may have left with a headache and a tummy ache but that's just a "circus hangover." We had fun while it was going.
