First of all, let me state that I have never used this technique on my children so I have no idea where she came up with this.
Just in case it isn't clear in the video, Annabelle is using a toy hair dryer to air out her baby's bottom after changing a "stinky diaper." I'm really not sure what the little dish is for...a bed pan?? I love how kids play--I was totally cracking up!
