Walking the Dog

I always thought the point of walking a dog was to walk the dog. Right? Apparently, it's not that simple. The other day I was driving down the street. I noticed two ladies walking on the sidewalk. One had her dog on a leash. The other was pushing her dog in a baby stroller. It's the truth. I really saw it. Maybe it wasn't a baby stroller. Maybe it was one of these bad boys:

I suppose when she got home she must have used one of these. It's called Jog A Dog. Starting at only $1200. (that's for the smallest size. this x-large size is actually $3000)

Someone please explain this to me.
