Christmas update

Finally a few pics from our holiday trip to Ben's family in San Diego:

Christmas Eve with the paparazzi.This has probably been the most used Christmas gift Katie received. She loves to play in front of our little space heater down in the basement. She's so cute about getting nervous and excited to see who has the old maid.
We finally got Katie to go through her all of her stocking but then she was ready to go outside and play with her new friends Max and Ruby. She would stop by and open another present and then go play for a while and then wander back to open another one. As usual, I vowed to do even less next year because she is so satisfied with so little.
She loved playing in this little house that Grandpa made for her.

As usual Annabelle was mostly interested in giving her stocking a taste test.

Making chocolate milk with grandma has been become a tradition now.

Annabelle actually got to play outside while we were there--a nice treat after being cooped up during the frigid winter months in the Midwest.
