I took advantage of the warm weather yesterday and went for a run outside.
oh. my. goodness.
It was heavenly!
Fresh air. Sunshine. Fresh air. Fresh air.
Did I mention fresh air?
With very few exceptions I have not been outside for more than 1 or 2 minutes at a time all winter long. It's just a quick dash to the car from whatever warm building I'm leaving and that's it. I'm totally getting cabin fever. I'm grateful not to be stuck out in the cold but it's also hard to be stuck inside for so long.
Spring, where are you????

should i mention it was 75 here today andwe have a weekly park play date? glad you got a good run, i cannot imaging cold that long!
