Freezer Jam
There was a good deal on strawberries (4 lbs. for $5) so I decided to make freezer jam. I've never made it before and I was happily surprised at how easy it is... and sooo yummy! I've always been intimidated by jams, jellies and all things related to canning. Maybe this will break the ice for me.
